By Star Report 1 min read

Chicago, IL — In November 2024, New Home Star attended the TecHome Builder Summit (THBS) and the Housing Transformation Summit (HTS) in Pasadena, CA. The summit was created to unite leaders in the new home industry while driving progress on digital transformation, technology, and innovation for builders, vendors, trade partners, and other multifamily companies. This three-day summit includes events, various boardrooms, featured speakers, and multiple networking events.

“With prices surging, interest rates cooling down, and objections rising, our goal was to provide innovative tips and solutions to strengthen our industry relationships and develop solutions to help builders sell more homes more profitably,” says Senior Business Development Manager Eric Ficke.

New Home Star hosted two digital solution boardrooms, focusing on adapting to the ever-changing new home sales industry to increase traffic and conversions and elevate sales operations.
