SEBC, hosted by the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), was held from July 24 to July 25, 2024, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The two-day event featured keynote speakers, networking opportunities, roundtable discussions, and over 300 exhibitors.
McKinney, alongside Anya Chrisanthon and Kimberly Mackey, provided adept insights during the session titled “You Bought The Tech, Now How Do You Get Your Team To Use It.” The discussion focused on bridging the gap between investing in technology and adopting the software with teams. Participants learned firsthand about technology integration, training strategies to motivate sales professionals, collaborative sales environments, incorporating sales tech platforms, and accredited tips to empower sales professionals to be analysts.
