Chicago, IL - Nestled in the gorgeous mountains of Park City, Utah, New Home Star hosted a three-day sales extravaganza. This event focused on sales training, recognitions, and other team-building activities to help approach sales at a new level. This year’s theme was Elevate, which was fitting for the setting of this year's event. The team focused on elevating their approach and professionalism in whole new ways.
Leaders and agents gathered to discuss and collaborate on new ideas in this beautiful town. They planned how to elevate the strategies and ideas of an industry that can change. “This 3-day excursion is all about facing new challenges and doing it in a fun and immersive environment. We want to develop future-facing leaders who love what they do,” says New Home Star founder David Rice.
This three-day rally included hand-crafted workshops about the industry. A select group of New Home Star executives and industry professionals hosted these. “It is truly incredible to witness the growth of these individuals during the rally, and it shows that we have one amazing team,” says Senior Vice President Keith McKinney.
Training and games are not the only things offered at the Sales Rally. The team had terrific opportunities to network and connect with professionals nationwide. Not to mention engaging in many of the offerings in Park City. One of the highlights of the conference is the awards for the top sales performers, New Home Connect users, and online sales, corporate, and sales leadership awards.
