Chicago, IL (Jan 21, 2025) — After an extensive application process, select New Home Star team members were chosen to attend a comprehensive training workshop in Chicago, IL, from January 7–9, 2025, to further their leadership and mentorship skills in their careers at the firm.
“Each member is committed to furthering their success and those around them,” says Senior Vice President Keith McKinney. “This training aims to provide resources and tools for the members to strengthen their capabilities to grow professionally and further their impact across every division.”
Intending to further their careers and mentor those in their division and beyond, members participated in an exclusive training program named MENSA, which stands for Mentoring and Education New Home Sales Associates. During this three-day training, members learned about their new responsibilities and participated in a program to sharpen their leadership skills and mentoring abilities.
After the event, MENSA participants will continue training through virtual conference calls and watch training modules with real-world applications on New Home Star’s proprietary platform, New Home Connect™️.
