Chicago, IL - NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) has announced the Silver Award Winners for The Nationals new home sales and marketing awards. The Nationals salutes and honors the best in the building industry — including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants — for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance. From a field of over 1,200 entries, New Home Star received three Silver Awards, the third consecutive time the firm has earned this honor.
This included the following recipients:
Online Sales Team of the Year
New Home Star OSC Team
Sales Manager/Leader of the Year
David Martin (Challenger Homes)
Rookie Sales Professional of the Year
Michael Baker (Challenger Homes)
With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing, and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams. “We’re thrilled for and immensely proud of these nominees,” says New Home Star Founder, David Rice. “It’s an honor to be recognized again and share this achievement with our builder partners.”
Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards in each category will be presented on January 31, 2023, at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
