Chicago, IL - From February 8-10, New Home Star hosted its Q1 Director Training in Orlando, Florida. This three-day initiative brought together the organization’s Leadership team for rigorous training centered around the theme, “School of Rock,” which focused on mastering and executing the New Home Star playbook and taking a deep dive into leadership tactics to create a rock-solid foundation for the year ahead.
“Our team is equipped with some of the brightest minds in the industry,” says New Home Star Founder, David Rice. “I can’t wait to see what we’re able to accomplish this year, and it couldn’t be done without their exemplary leadership.” The program consisted of classroom-style training, break-out groups, and collaborative discussions on strategic planning for the year, maximizing opportunities, and improving technology as the market advances.
On Wednesday night, attendees enjoyed an award ceremony, in which New Home Star named Kyle Morford as Sales Leader of the Quarter for Q2 and Kristin Sweezea as Sales Leader of the Quarter for Q4. In addition, our Vice President of Business Operations, Mary Lindeman, received the Sales Leader of the Year award for 2022.
As the home building market continues to change throughout the year, New Home Star looks forward to strengthening its partnerships and continually improving each service to transform the industry.
