Chicago, IL - During July and August, New Home Star held a six-week training program, Game On, that was hosted on its sales enablement platform, New Home Connect™. This program focused on improving sales strategies to conquer the shifts occurring within the housing market. Each week, attendees were invited to a sales-focused Zoom call led by a professional instructor and engaged in assignments, watched weekly training videos, responded to discussion questions, and shared insight with teammates throughout the country.
“Equipping our agents with the necessary resources to succeed is imperative for our organization,” says New Home Star Senior Director of Organizational Development, Aaron Wagner. “We’re always here to support our employees, and our Game On series was just one way we were able to do that.” After each call, meeting slide decks were provided to sales managers nationwide, which enabled local leaders to further discuss each topic with their teams.
Throughout the series, attendees were entered into a weekly prize drawing, and those who completed the program were given a special reward for their training efforts. To continue the Game On momentum, New Home Star is hosting local events for each team throughout the country called Game On: Going Local. These events will include training exercises, company updates, and team bonding experiences supported by executive leaders in the organization.
