Chicago, IL - New Home Star recently concluded its most exciting annual contest: March Madnezz. By separating all divisions of operation into 32 teams, NHS tasked its sales professionals with maximizing performance on their sales goals over a five-week period. Formatted as a bracket-style contest and drawing inspiration from the famous annual NCAA tournament, the team with the highest prorated sales-to-goal percentage for each matchup advances to the next round until one victor remains.
The contest has been a staple of New Home Star tradition since inception in 2016 and is designed to boost sales performance on all fronts before the official start of the infamous spring selling season. With such a significant contest, comes a significant reward– the victorious team receives a VIP trip experience! Out of the abundance of caution in promoting the safety of our team members, the firm announced that the winners of March Madnezz 2020 included the “Final Four” teams left competing.
