Chicago, IL - From January 17-19, 2024, New Home Star hosted their Q1 Director Training in Orlando, Florida. This three-day event unites teams nationally to build a strong foundation to start the new year. This year’s theme is “Championship Playbook,” which focuses on how to tackle and block the challenges of the ever-evolving nature of the real estate industry.
“Our quarterly training plays a pivotal role in creating a strong foundation for the year ahead,” says New Home Star Founder David Rice. “We look forward to seeing the immediate and long-term impacts of our packed three-day training event so we can start off the year stronger than before.”
The program consisted of classroom-style training, break-out groups, and collaborative discussions on strategic planning for the year. Additionally, the teams dove into how to our home builder software, New Home Connect™, as the market advances.
On Wednesday, attendees attended an award ceremony where Jeff Satterfield was awarded New Home Star’s Sales Leader of the Quarter.
