By Star Report 2 min read

Chicago, IL - Chris Laskowski, marketing director at New Home Star, has been named to ProBuilder’s annual Forty under 40 list in the home building industry.

“We are excited to see a rising star at New Home Star earn this distinction,” says David Rice, New Home Star Founder. “Chris joined us very early in his career and has been with New Home Star for 12 years. In that time, he has helped our organization grow to nearly $3B in sales volume annually and launched a dedicated agency specializing in home builder marketing. It’s a special moment to see his hard work and achievements be recognized.”

This year’s Forty Under 40 winners were selected based on their aptitude as high-performing industry leaders and innovators. Each winner showcased a hunger for knowledge, an expert approach to being proactive in business and people development, and a strong commitment to efficiency, transparency, and creative problem-solving. To be eligible, nominees must be company owners, design and marketing professionals, managers, administrative staff, salespeople, and production team members. They must also be thirty-nine or younger by the end of 2024.

Recently graduating from Northwestern University with a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Chris has consistently led the marketing team to new heights. As marketing director, he oversees overall client strategy and New Home Star’s business development efforts on the marketing front.
