Chicago, IL - On October 20-22, New Home Star hosted its fourth annual Sales Rally virtually using the leading virtual event technology, which featured globally-inspired training sessions by the firm’s leadership team, recognition, and more! This year’s company-wide event was designed upon the theme Around the World in 30 Days, which is aimed to enable employees to become the ultimate sales professional.
The three-day initiative included seven training sessions that were all themed around different countries while intertwining sales-based training relevant to the changing selling environment. Each of the sessions was paired with a challenge that agents had 30 days to complete, with the grand prize being a YETI cooler for their efforts.
