Victoria Ringhausen

As the Director of Organizational Learning, Victoria (Tori) Ringhausen designs and oversees high-impact training programs that cultivate future leaders and drive sales excellence. With a focus on leadership development, mentorship, and continuing education, she ensures that sales professionals, corporate team members, and managers have the tools and knowledge to succeed in a competitive market.

Passionate about scaling training initiatives, Tori leads the Leadership Development Program (LDP) and Mentoring & Educating New Sales Associates (MENSA), preparing high-potential sales professionals for management roles. She also oversees Corporate MENSA, developing leaders within the corporate office and online sales teams. Through a structured competency model and tailored coaching, she helps professionals at every level prepare for career advancement.

In addition to leadership programs, Tori drives continuing education efforts, hosting weekly webinars for sales associates and weekly training calls for Sales Managers and Directors. She also manages new hire orientation, ensuring team members receive the foundational training needed for long-term success. Beyond ongoing education, she plays a key role in major training events, including Sales Rally, National Leadership Summits, and Sales Director Summits, developing impactful content and training sessions.

Tori’s journey with New Home Star began in 2016, progressing from a Sales Trainee to a top-performing leader. She has worked with esteemed builder partners like Toll Brothers and Maronda Homes, implementing processes still in use today. A former retail sales General Manager, she honed her leadership skills early on. Tori holds a Master’s degree and discovered her passion for real estate through New Home Star’s culture. Outside of work, she enjoys attending operas and musicals and spending time with her golden retriever.
