As a Business Development Manager, Sandy focuses on growing the SaaS and Consulting business portfolio, emphasizing brand awareness and tailored solutions. This collaborative approach ensures that New Home Star provides innovative and effective solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs. 

 

Sandy's extensive background in commercial Architecture and Interior Design in Northern California provided a solid foundation for her transition into the new home industry. Her real estate career began in 2016 with New Home Star, selling for Hayden Homes. She quickly advanced into a leadership role in 2017, serving as the Sales Director. During her time at New Home Star, she has received the Sales Leader of the Quarter Award and the NAHB Silver Award for Sales Manager and Leader of the Year two years in a row. Additionally, she is an active member of the Home Builders Association in several Western Cities.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Sandy is passionate about continuous learning and fascinated by human behavior. She is formally trained as an NLP-Based success coach and is a Tony Robbins Mastery University graduate. Driven to live intentionally, she embraces life experiences as an opportunity for personal growth. She is a natural solutionist, and enjoys contributing supportive and strategic efforts to others. Adventurous at heart, she relishes a good DIY project, crafting new recipes in the kitchen or exploring new treasures throughout the Sierra Nevada.
