As a Selling Sales Manager for Creative Homes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Rachael DeMaggio leads with passion, accountability, and a drive for excellence. She fosters a high-performing sales culture, empowering her team to succeed while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. With a deep commitment to both sales growth and customer satisfaction, Rachael partners closely with her builder team to deliver outstanding results.

Since starting with New Home Star as a Sales Trainee in 2016, Rachael has quickly ascended through leadership, successfully completing LDP and MENSA programs. Her extensive experience spans five builders and six divisions, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry. She thrives on watching her team grow—motivating, supporting, and celebrating each other’s successes as they work toward shared goals.

Rachael is actively involved in the St. Croix Valley Home Builder Association, Women in Construction MN, and the NHS Wellness Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, yoga, running, and spending time at the cabin with her partner, three stepkids, and two Labradoodles.
