Collaborating closely with HR, Michelle facilitates seamless communication and drives transformative projects. Passionate about empowering our recruiters and facilitating top-tier placements, she continually seeks ways to enhance the organization.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. She is currently working on her Strategic Talent Acquisition certification from AIHR, and has received certifications from LinkedIn and Microsoft on using AI for Managers. Outside work, she enjoys circus arts, spending time with her dogs, going on hikes, and living in the tiny home which she built.
