Collaborating closely with HR, Michelle facilitates seamless communication and drives transformative projects. Passionate about empowering our recruiters and facilitating top-tier placements, she continually seeks ways to enhance the organization.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University and is an active member of the Northwestern Human Resource Council. Outside work, she enjoys circus arts, spending time with her dogs, going on hikes, and living in the tiny home which she built.
