Mark Keating

As a Client Success Manager for New Home Star, Mark manages a group of builder clients by facilitating leadership coaching, strategic planning, marketing partnerships, and new home sales training. He employs an individualized approach to client success, assisting builders in their day-to-day operations, as well as helping expand their business into new areas, and improving their overall new home sales activities.

Mark has been active in new home sales and management since 2009, and has helped over 300 customers achieve home ownership. He has worked in various markets, including New York, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Canada. Mark has previously worked with organizations such as Amnesty International, Suicide Prevention, and with the Children's Make-A-Wish Foundation as a Wish Granter.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Lethbridge, and has enriched his postgraduate education by studying web design in New York City, and law classes at Harvard University. He enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with his kids, hiking, playing ice hockey, and any activity that brings him closer to his family. Mark and his wife welcomed twins into their family in 2023, and they currently live in Eugene, Oregon.
