Lizzie Johns

As a Junior Graphic Designer, Lizzie creates visually appealing and effective designs to meet the needs of New Home Star and our builder partners. Passionate about creating meaningful designs, she appreciates the beauty and purpose of art and constantly strives to strengthen her skill set. 

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art and minors in Graphic Design and Psychology from Lake Forest College, Lizzie further developed her knowledge at the Chicago Portfolio School, where she learned the importance of building a strong portfolio to prepare for a career in design. Prior to joining New Home Star, Lizzie had experience working as a Visual Designer and freelance Junior Graphic Designer, where she was immersed in creating designs that effectively communicated brand identity. 

Now, Lizzie enjoys collaborating with our talented team of designers and loves seeing her art's impact on the organization. In her free time, she loves to relax with her dog, Ollie, by playing video games or reading a good book. You may also find her at a gymnasium or pool on the weekend, as Lizzie was a longtime gymnast and diver.
