Kristine Golden is a seasoned Client Success Manager at New Home Star, where she collaborates with builders across the U.S. and Canada to implement industry-leading training programs and sales tools. In her role, Kristine provides training, coaching, and consulting support to sales teams ranging from three agents to over 100 agents, tailoring her strategies to meet diverse needs and challenges. She supports the fifth-largest homebuilder in the United States and has played a key role in helping a single builder partner team achieve over $500 million in sales in 2024.

 

In addition to supporting sales teams, Kristine provides coaching and guidance to leadership and management teams. She helps them recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a strong culture rooted in servant leadership, strategic problem-solving, and responsible stewardship of resources. Her holistic approach ensures that both sales professionals and their leaders are empowered to succeed and exceed company objectives.

 

With over two decades of real estate expertise, Kristine has held leadership positions with several top builders, including KB Home, K Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, and Meritage Homes. Notably, she directed one of New Home Star's largest sales teams as Sales Director for Maronda Homes in Orlando, Florida, where she managed daily operations, exceeded sales targets, and expanded New Home Star's presence in key regions. She also owned and operated her own general real estate firm, further enriching her deep knowledge of the construction and real estate industry.

 

Kristine is a dedicated learner and professional, and in 2024, she earned her Harvard Strategic Sales Management Certification, further honing her ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams. She has also been recognized as a top performer throughout her career, earning accolades such as Salesperson of the Year with K Hovnanian Homes and multiple President’s Club honors. Since joining New Home Star in 2019, she has continued to excel, winning the inaugural Top Gun contest for virtual selling skills and graduating from the prestigious Leadership Development Program.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Kristine is a black belt in Taekwondo, a licensed massage therapist, and a certified personal trainer, underscoring her commitment to health and wellness. She is also an avid traveler who loves exploring international beaches, a passionate foodie, and a dedicated mentor, especially to women in leadership. A proud alumna of the University of Central Florida, she holds a Bachelor’s degree and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Salesperson.
