Emily McAuliff

As a Recruiting Coordinator at New Home Star, Emily plays a role in finding the best talent, serving as the primary recruiter for both Hayden Homes and Simplicity Homes. Her responsibilities encompass meeting, sourcing, and connecting with candidates to highlight the remarkable facets of New Home Star and our esteemed Builder Partners.

Emily prioritizes building meaningful relationships with candidates, delving into their experiences, desires, and aspirations. With a keen focus on identifying top-tier talent, she is dedicated to matching candidates with their ideal roles within our organization, facilitating the realization of their career ambitions at New Home Star. Her passion lies in fostering meaningful relationships with her coworkers, supporting them whenever she can, and spreading positivity in the workplace.

She earned a degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University, where she served as the Philanthropy Chairwoman for Chi Omega. She received the Commitment to Philanthropy award, and remains passionate about helping others. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, practicing yoga, and taking walks with her dog Apollo, whom she adopted.
