Crystal Edger

As Sales Manager for our Maronda Homes Pittsburgh division, Crystal oversees various responsibilities, including training, coaching, and recruitment. Along with developing and cultivating relationships with her team members, Crystal designs sales goal plans to meet targets and ensure company sales growth. She finds sincere joy in helping others achieve their goals and watching them grow, walking alongside them every step of the way. 

With an extensive background in the home building industry, Crystal brings invaluable experience, having previously worked as the Sales Director for Dan Ryan Builders, the Regional Sales Manager for K. Hovnanian, and as a Sales Professional for Foxlane Homes. With education from West Virginia University and Spruce School of Real Estate, Crystal holds a Six Sigma White Belt Certification, a Mortgage Lending License, and is a licensed realtor in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania. 

Crystal is passionate about her family and the people she surrounds herself with, including her beautiful 5-year-old granddaughter. When not working, she loves to read about sales and motivational content, constantly striving to deepen her knowledge. Crystal is also a member of the American Cancer Society, loves to watch sports, and spends time with her little dachshund, Emmie.
