Cathy Paylo

As Sales Manager for our Maronda Homes Pittsburgh division, Cathy implements effective sales strategies to meet and exceed goals, analyzes market trends, and collaborates with various departments to align campaigns and identify opportunities. She also oversees the recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members and achieves goals by executing professional development plans. Cathy truly believes that people are the heart of a company's success, and she finds joy in the opportunity to lead and grow her team. 

With a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Cathy brings valuable experience to New Home Star, where she previously worked as a property manager responsible for budgeting, marketing, hiring, and employee management. She also spent time as a math professor at Robert Morris University, where she further developed her skills in mentoring and leadership. 

Cathy loves to be challenged and constantly strives to become the best version of herself for her clients and family. She loves to stay active through various hobbies like running, biking, hiking, and weight training. In her downtime, Cathy also enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and quality time with her family and dog, Bear.
