As a Senior Sales Director at Maronda Homes, Carolyn is responsible for supporting Sales Directors in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Pittsburgh. She coaches and guides these leaders to develop best in class sales associates and collaborates alongside her Regional President to achieve business goals. She is driven to help people achieve homeownership, and is a compassionate and committed leader, armed with a growth mindset. 

 

With over 20 years of operations and marketing excellence, Carolyn has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, with experience as a new home sales counselor, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Division President with both public and private home builders. She has led large groups, managed sales operations, and set customer experience standards. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a licensed broker through the Arizona Department of Real Estate. She has several certifications including the Certificated New Home Marketing Professional, Certified New Home Sales Trainer, and Certified New Home Sales Professional. 

 

Carolyn's greatest motivation is her unwaivering commitment to mentor and coach others to be the "best version" of themselves professionally and personally. She attributes her success to the love and support of her husband and son, who are both have career in new home sales. When not involved in home building, Carolyn enjoys playing pickleball, golf, and any activity outdoors. After serving on several NAHB Boards and Committees, Carolyn is currently the 2024 Chair and 2023 Vice-Chair of Professional Women in Construction - BIA of Central Ohio, and has been an active member of the Jeff Shore Sales Leadership Roundtable since 2018.
