Barbara Griffis

As Sales Director, Barbara primarily focuses on developing her sales team by increasing performance and assisting in training and mentorship. She consistently develops new sales strategies and seeks to elevate the buyer’s journey. Barbara works for Maronda Homes in the Jacksonville region of Florida, where she is responsible for her team’s success and prioritizes creating a healthy and encouraging environment.

Barbara has been with New Home Star for eight years, previously serving as a New Home Consultant and later as a Selling Sales Manager. Her favorite aspect of her job is team development, and she constantly works to make a positive impact on everyone around her. Her dedication to team development permeates her whole division.

Outside of New Home Star, Barbara is a member of Shindler Baptist Church. She enjoys being with her family and is an avid watcher of Reality and Game Shows. Barbara can also be seen going to concerts and loves to vacation on a cruise.
