Alexa Prelaz

As the Online Sales Team Operations Manager, Alexa leads the senior team of OSC’s and ensures premium service is provided to our builder partners. She guides her team to achieve business goals and drives quality traffic into model homes. She invests in relationships, whether with clients, colleagues, or friends, and enjoys collaborating with her team to strengthen company and individual goals. 

Alexa graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. While in school, she worked as an office manager for a cosmetic surgeon's office. She holds a Florida Real Estate license, has completed MENSA, and plays a strong role in overseeing new hire training. She received the OSC Sales Leader of the Year at the NHS Sales Rally in 2023, and the Silver Award for OSC of the Year at NAHB 2023. 

Outside of the office, Alexa loves spending time with her family. She enjoys playing with her two children and husky family. She finds purpose in her family and loves to make memories with them.
