Natalie Janik

As Senior Recruitment Coordinator, Natalie Janik supports New Home Star's Recruitment team to seek, engage, and secure top-tier talent for our builder partners. In the Senior position, Natalie specifically supports new builder partners' staffing efforts and unique recruitment needs. She frequently connects with her designated hiring teams to understand their staffing requirements and highlight best practices.

Before her time at New Home Star, Natalie received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a Focus in Human Resource Management from Elmhurst University. She gained experience as an HR Intern off of campus, and spent 3 years as a Resident Advisor in the residence halls on campus. These experiences helped prepare her to join New Home Star as a Recruitment Coordinator in the beginning of her career.

Natalie enjoys connecting with applicants and strives to give them the best first impression of New Home Star. She is passionate about being a resource to others and providing assistance whenever possible, which plays directly into her daily responsibilities. While not recruiting for the team, Natalie channels her creative personality through embroidering, drawing, painting, and crocheting.
