David Rice

is an industry leader, sales and marketing expert, and the architect of New Home Star, a smarter new home sales and marketing solution. Recognizing an opportunity to provide a much-needed, highly specialized service to the new home building industry, David left a National role with a top five home builder and launched New Home Star in 2007. Providing a full sales and marketing outsource solution to builders and developers, David has positioned New Home Star as a leader in the industry today.


Ken Mack-Solden

has been a master real estate marketer for over 20 years, with experience in all types of projects and developments. Ken has extensive experience from the large corporate world of marketing and that of owning a successful mid-size agency. Ken has experience marketing such brands as Disney, Coca-Cola, Del Webb, DiVosta, and Pulte Homes. With a rare combination of analytical and creative skill, Ken has the insight and experience to lead Star Marketing across the Country.


Erik Pekarski

is a widely recognized executive with expertise in the home building and hospitality industries. Under Erik’s leadership as a National VP of a top five builder, more JD Power & Associate Awards were received over 45 markets than any other national builder. Offering over 15 years of experience, Erik’s operational achievements have been documented in the Wall Street Journal, Crain's Business Magazine, Big Builder, Professional Builder, and Giants Magazine. Erik has exposure from the West to East coast of North America, through to the emerging Middle East Markets, and has extensive experience in Active Adult, Urban, and Luxury housing.



Joe Reese

has led new home sales teams at the highest level in the United States. Joe brings two decades of sales and operational experience and a national perspective developed during his tenure as National VP of Sales for one of the top five home building companies in the US. In addition to his sales and marketing expertise, Joe has years of operational experience as a Division President, delivering over 2,000 units per year. Joe offers a strong and balanced perspective of sales and operations in his role as Senior Vice President for New Home Star.


Jeff Galindo

is a highly respected and seasoned homebuilding executive with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Jeff has served in national sales and marketing capacities with two of the nation’s top five home building companies. Having overseen 9,000 new home sales and $3 billion in revenue, Jeff offers keen insight on marketing and sales trends and opportunities across North America. In his senior leadership role with New Home Star, Jeff drives best practices and a never-ending pursuit of complete client satisfaction.
